Contains information about the school, the programs offered, the admissions requirements, and other institutional standards and requirements, along with the accreditation and licensing information.

Student Right-To-Know Graduation/Completion Rates (PDF) (opens in a new tab)

The rate required for disclosure and/or reporting purposes under Student Right-to-Know Act. This rate is calculated as the total number of completers within 150% of normal time divided by the revised adjusted cohort. A paper copy is available by request from the Admissions Office.

Institutional Accreditation Rate Disclosure (PDF) (opens in a new tab)

These rates are calculated in accordance with our institutional accrediting body and in accordance with federal regulations. These rates are updated annually based upon the Annual Reports submitted to each institutional accreditation agency. For institutions accredited by ACCSC, both the graduation rates and placement rates are disclosed.

The following programs may require licensure or certification to obtain employment. Please find your program of interest to determine if the program meets the educational requirements for licensure or certification in your state.

The Dental Hygiene program meets the educational requirements to become a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

We have not made a determination for the following states*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, American Samoa, Guam, N. Marianas Island, and the Virgin Islands.

Students graduating from the Dental Hygiene program are eligible to sit for the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE), the Juris Prudence written exam (Ethics), and a regional clinical examination.

To be eligible for employment as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), a graduate must successfully pass all applicable exams, both written and clinical, and satisfy all state licensing requirements.

The Practical Nursing program has been approved by and meets the educational requirements for becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

We have not made a determination for the following states*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY, American Samoa, Guam, N. Marianas Island, and the Virgin Islands..

Those who successfully graduate from the Practical Nursing program may be eligible to take the NCLEX-PN ®. Approval to take the examination is not automatic. Successfully passing the NCLEX is one of several requirements for licensure.

Requirements for licensure vary among states. In order to locate the licensure eligibility requirements of another state, please refer to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) to find the contact information the Board of Nursing of that state. A commercial driver’s license is required for employment in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  

While there are currently no education requirements in the state of Pennsylvania to become a commercial truck driver, the Commercial Truck Driver Training program offers training that will provide students with advanced range and road skill development, and in-depth classroom material that will assist students in becoming a licensed commercial driver. 

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded a PTDI Certificate of Attainment and will be prepared to test for a Class A Driver’s License. Licensure is not automatic. Applicants for licensure must pass a Department of Transportation (D.O.T) physical exam and drug screen in order to test. Criminal convictions may affect a student’s ability to be licensed. Requirements vary among states.

Graduation does not guarantee eligibility to sit for licensure, certification, or registry exams. Please understand that licensure and certification eligibility can be affected by unlawful events that take place after acceptance into a program. As part of the licensure, certification, and registration application process, arrest and court records of final adjudication for any offense other than a minor traffic violation may be submitted to credentialing agency for review. Applicants who have been convicted of a felony and whose civil rights have not been restored may be considered incomplete by the College until documentation of restoration of civil rights is received. 

Licensing and certification requirements vary by state. Students who relocate to another state during their enrollment may or may not satisfy the eligibility criteria to obtain a professional license or certification in that state.
